1. Definitions

1.1 “Script”

Refers to the Script “Grew Plasticsurgeon”, including all components, source code, configuration files, and other materials developed and provided by Grew Solutions Network.

1.2 “Licensee”

Refers to the individual or company that has lawfully purchased and is authorized to use the Script under the terms of this agreement.

2. License Grant

2.1 License Grant

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Script under the conditions set forth in this agreement.

2.2 Usage Limitation

The use of the Script is strictly limited to individuals who have legally purchased it. Unauthorized use without prior purchase is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Configuration File Modifications

The Licensee may modify the configuration files of the Script to adapt its functionality to individual needs. Changes to the source code or any core components of the Script are not permitted.

2.4 Allowed Modifications

The Licensee is only permitted to modify specific aspects of the Script. The following changes are expressly allowed:

  • Configuration Settings:
    The Licensee is permitted to modify only the following configuration files to adapt the functionality of the Script to their individual needs:

    • config.lua
    • /locales/*.json

2.5 Prohibited Modifications

The Licensee is not permitted to modify or change the following aspects of the Script:

  • Core Source Code:
    Any part of the Script that defines its main functionality, logic, or algorithms.

  • Security Features:
    This includes encryption, authentication, or any security-related functionality.

  • Licensing and Copyright Notices:
    The Licensee may not remove, alter, or hide any references to the Licensor’s ownership or licensing terms.

3. Restrictions

3.1 No Redistribution

The Licensee is not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, rent, lease, sell, assign, make publicly available, or otherwise transfer the Script to third parties.

3.2 No Unauthorized Redistribution

Any form of redistribution of the Script, whether free or for a fee, without the express written permission of the Licensor is prohibited. This includes modified or derivative versions of the Script.

3.3 No Reverse Engineering

The Licensee is not allowed to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to reconstruct the source code of the Script.

4. Ownership Rights

4.1 Ownership

The Script and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain the full property of the Licensor.

4.2 No Transfer of Ownership

No ownership rights to the Script are transferred to the Licensee under this agreement.

5. Purchase Requirement

5.1 Authorized Purchase

The Licensee is only authorized to use the Script if it has been lawfully purchased from the Licensor or an authorized seller.

5.2 Violation for Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use of the Script without proper purchase constitutes a violation of this agreement and may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1 No Warranty

The Script is provided “as-is” without any express or implied warranties. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

The Licensor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Script, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

7.1 Effective Date

This agreement becomes effective upon the purchase and installation or use of the Script by the Licensee.

7.2 Right of Termination

The Licensor may terminate this agreement at any time if the Licensee breaches any of the terms of this agreement.

7.3 Obligations Upon Termination

Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease using the Script and destroy all copies of the Script.

Any violation of the terms of this agreement, particularly unauthorized redistribution or duplication of the Script, may result in legal action. The Licensor reserves the right to seek damages and pursue legal remedies for any breaches.

The Licensee agrees to bear all legal costs incurred by the Licensor in enforcing this agreement, including attorney fees.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.

9.2 Amendments

Any modifications or additions to this agreement must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

9.3 Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
